what does this mean?
This sentence "这个钱你拿" does it mean, take your money or you take this money?
I know the words alone but if in a sentence i get confused.

要看上下文才可以判断。
比如:
1.我们手里有一笔钱，在决定这笔钱放在谁那里时，是You hold this money的意思
2.要买什么东西时，我想让你付钱，就是You pay this的意思

It means you take this money.
Analogously, "这本书你拿着" means "you take this book".
