It looks like Caribbean dialect.

Yes, Diana King is Jamaican and the song's in Jamaican patois. I think it's lovely. If you relax your mind a little and think of the sounds of the words, it's fairly easy to follow. For example,
"Di ole a dem" = All of them (are) [lit. The whole of them]
"Everywhere me go di man dem a rush me" = Everywhere I go, men rush (crowd around? rush after?) me. [lit. ...the men, they rush me]
"a whole heep a" = a lot of [lit. a whole heap of]

Sounds like a Jamaican accent.

Looks like a type of Pidgen English. Slaves used to communicate in Pidgen (words made up among themselves) so that their masters wouldn't know what they were saying. This is probably a dialect that has developed over time.

It’s moreso called Jamaican Patois (pa-‘twa)… I do think it sounds pleasing to hear, even though it’s considered "broken" English by scholars; it’s an entire dialect of the language, though. The part you’re asking about though:
"Everywhere me go di man dem a rush me"
[everywhere I go, the men come to me]
"Yes, a whole eep a pretty boy wah fi love me"
[Yes, a whole heap (bunch) of pretty boys wanna love me]
"A me dem love, yes, a me dem love"
[They love me, yes, they love me]
"Only him can make me irie, irie, irie"
[Only he can make me happy] <= "irie" is a common word used among weed smokers (cannabis) for describing feeling high, or "getting irie", so I’m assuming the same can be said for a person you’re attracted to, making you feel good or "irie".
