Which one is correct 12:30h or 12:30' or 12:30 I often see these ways when people want to mention about time. I know that officially are 12:30 (or 12:30 AM/PM), but is it ok for 12:30' or even 12:30h in official writing ? Thks, Quân

In American English, only 12:30 am/pm works

There really aren't any rules - any of those would be understood. But only the first couple would be 'normal' to use, and would probably be best to avoid in formal writing.
