Is this sentence correct?
I went on a trip to Beijing to a concert of my favorite band with my best friend in the first summer vocation of my college life.

You should post this as a Notebook, it is easier to correct ;-)
The grammar is basically correct and you would be understood, but a more natural word order is:
The first summer vacation of my college life, I went to Beijing with my best friend to see my favorite band in concert.

I went (on a trip ) to Beijing for a concert of my favorite band with my best friend during the first summer vacation I had while in college.
