At 5:51 of this video (https://youtu.be/Nck6BZga7TQ), Adele said "I don't know what I wanted to get out of but I wanted to get out."
What does she mean?

It means that she wanted to change her life. She didn't know what it was about her life at the time that she didn't like, but she knew that she wanted to change it, and do something else.
Perhaps 'get out of a rut'?
