집-house
한-one
채-counting unit for house/building
cf. 집 일 채 ( X )   <- 일(1;one)
     집 한/두/세/네.../열.../백 채 (o)

In the sentence,

I have two houses.
저는 집이 두 채입니다.

or

저에게는 두 채의 집이 있습니다.
