what does "hit the f**king jackpot" mean?
I lean back against
the seat and sip my coffee. “I hit the fucking jackpot with this guy.”
She glances at me uncertainly. “Yes, he seems—”
“Fucking,” I catch her eye for emphasis, “jackpot.”
“Goodness!” she laughs. “You’re a real New Yorker, aren’t you?”

Q1:is it a phrase with a double meaning? metaphor?
Q2:what's the connection with New Yorker? what's the business with New Yorker?

I saw your previous post, so I get the context. :) As the others have said, "hitting the jackpot" (中大奖) means getting really lucky. You buy a lottery ticket and "hit the jackpot", which means luckily finding something really good.
"Hit the fucking jackpot" is just a crude way of emphasizing. 我中了TMD大奖!
When the woman then splits “fucking" and "jackpot", she's playing on the other meaning of "fucking", which is "having sex". She means she just had great sex with that guy. So this is the part where she thinks she "hit the jackpot."
"You're a real New Yorker, aren't you?" is a joke saying that New York women are often willing to have casual sex and talk about it. Or something like that. This is of course an in-story joke, not a sociological fact. :)

Q1
"Hit the jackpot" means to find the perfect person/thing, usually through pure luck. It COULD have a double meaning, if the guy is very rich, because a "jackpot" literally is a large sum of money you win at a casino.
However "hit the jackpot" isn't necessarily associated with money in other contexts, eg. "Wow, you really hit the jackpot with that job. Only having to work one day a week, I'm so jealous!" ; "I really hit the jackpot with my wife. Beautiful, funny, smart...I couldn't dream of anyone better!
Q2
There's no inherent connection between "hit the jackpot" and New York. I think the speaker might be joking that her friend is a "real New Yorker" because New Yorkers have a reputation for being very blunt and direct in their speech. However, it's hard to tell from the context.
P.S.
By the way, you can certainly use the idiom politely without the swear word. The modifier "fucking" just gives a sentence stronger emotional emphasis, and is usually placed before the strongest word in the sentence: it would sound unnatural to say "I hit the jackpot with this fucking guy", because the point of the sentence is that the woman is very lucky, not that she has a boyfriend. Swearing correctly is harder than many people imagine :)
(IMPORTANT NOTE: I strongly recommend against using swear words in your second language unless you're very confident about using them appropriately, or you risk severely embarrassing yourself. Many native speakers never swear at all, so there's nothing "formal" or "unnatural" about speaking totally clean English)

As Robert said, "hit the jackpot" means to get lucky, or to have something work out very well for you. Literally, it means that you won the main prize in a lottery.
As for the New Yorker, it's hard to say without knowing more about why he considers it lucky to have found the guy. If only a certain kind of person would consider it lucky, then she saying that THAT kind of person is a typical New Yorker.
Lastly, as with many things, sometimes expressions are used ironically/sarcastically. So he might have meant that the guy was really annoying or terrible.

To say you "Hit the jackpot" just means you got lucky. You could say you 'hit the jackpot' if you find a good girl / guy to date or marry.
The New Yorker part, she's saying something about his attitude. People from New York have a certain type of attitude.
