my teacher have go marry,and her family name is Wang.her husband's family is Li.
so I could call her Miss Wang or Mrs Li?

If I were you, I would simply ask her what her preference is. You may want to congratulate her on her marriage first.

What Phil said is helpful. In China (as you know) not every woman will take the last name (surname) of her husband, so asking her which name she prefers to be called.by is the best option (IMHO).

Unmarried women go by "Miss".
Married women go by "Misses".
Divorced women go by "Mizz".
