To be more specific you can say:
"Я люблю пешие походы/прогулки."

walking-tour(турпоход) camping(поход) hiking (пеший туризм).

Турпоходы is another way to call it. Тур- meaning Туристические. Туристический поход.
Which, technically, doesn't have to have anything to do with tourism. You can be hiking in a nearby woods, and it's still a Турпоход.

"ходить в горы" тоже хороший вариант. "Поход" to me is something that takes longer time than "hiking" in English.
