Is it night you location? (Correctly?)
How I can ask somebody that the time of day in location where he/she live? (if I don't know the time different between us for example)

The phrase you want is "Is it night where you are?" The word "location" is far too technical and academic for a simple question like this.
Also, if the verb is "to be", then we use an adjective, not an adverb: "(Is this sentence) Correct?"

"Is it night in your location?" would sound okay to me.

You could say "What time is it at your place?" or "What's the time at your place?" or "Is it night-time/day-time at your place?" etc.

You can simply ask : "What time is it in your country?"
