How to start learn Japanese by myself? starting from zero
Hi, I'm from China, have learned English, zero basis of Japanese, but like to watch Japanese animations. And now I want to start learning Japanese( just for to simple conversations).

Since you're Chinese, you don't really have to learn Kanji, so I think there are only 2 things that you need to do:
1. Learn Hiragana + Katakana
2. Go to JapanesePod101 and start learning. That site is 100 times better than textbooks.

(And if you love watching anime, I don't think aiming for "simple conversation" would help you get rid of the subtitle)

如果是自学，我推荐《大家的日本语》这套教材，不会像学院派那么生硬。如果是初学者不用教材的话，很可能学到的知识很零散，基础打不好。网上可能有免费下载。

学习一门语言是要花上几年时间，慢一点没有关系，只要能坚持下去。你对动漫感兴趣这很好，只要学到能力考二级水平，之后就不需要教材了，就可以通过动漫日剧还有综艺学习了。
