The rewards are greater than the difficulties (are).
"The rewards are greater than the difficulties."
→Is it correct?
Can I add the word "are" in the end?
Like this:
"The rewards are greater than the difficulties are."
Which one is more common, with or without "are"?
Thanks!

You can add 'are', but you don't have to.
Sentences like this are neater and more common without the repeated verb at the end.
