How would you say the opposite sentence?
We are totally incompatible.
If I say;
We are a terrible match.
Is it OK? Or, what would you say?

Looks good to me!
You can also say things like:
We (just) don't / didn't mesh (well together).
We (just) don't / didn't get along (at all).
