What is the floor do you live?
Hi, again!
My student wrote *this* and I corrected *TO*:
"What floor do you live on?".
Do you think that "What is the floor where you live on?" or "What is the floor you live on?" are natural questions?
If you have other possible suggestions, tell me, please!
Thanks!
Feel free to correct my English mistakes ^^

My student wrote this and I corrected to : What floor do you live on? That's correct. What is the floor you live on? The second example is correct, but when the sentences is spoken, it sounds awkward. That's all

What floor do you live on?
We would not say "What is the floor....?"

An alternative would be "Which floor do you live on?"
