Is 따가워 and 뜨거워 similar?

따가워 is like tingle or sore especially when someone/something pokes you.
뜨거워 is like hot.
Both are same in meaning of painful but they are different.

따가워 and 뜨거워 means different but when you say that. the pronunciation is quite similar:)
