What does "work out" mean?
A. We didn't plan our art exhibition like that but it worked out very well.
B. We had wanted to finish our task by noon, but it didn't quite work out as planned.
C. You can't predict everything. Often things don't work out as you expect.
Does "work out" in the three sentences above mean the same? What does it mean?
If the three "work out" don't mean the same, what do they mean separately?

Yes, they are the same. The basic idea of 'work out' is 'eventuate' or 'after everything, the result...'. You obviously need to change the grammar for each of those cases, but that is the general idea.
