Which phrase is right? "can be easily noticed" OR "can easily be noticed"
Another example:
"I probably will be available ..." OR "I will probably be available ..."

The verb comes first. So, "I will probably be available" and "Can easily be noticed"

"Can easily be noticed," is right.
Technically, you should say "I will probably be available."
However, in every day spoken English, especially in American English, the construction "I probably will be available," is commonly said - in order to emphasize the probability.
