Sorry, there is no "teacher's day" in Germany. If there were, it would probably be called "Tag des Lehrers". Therefore, you'd have to say "Herzlichen Glückwunsch zum Tag des Lehrers" which sounds rather weird, because "Herzlichen Glückwunsch zum/zur..." is used for either birthdays/anniversaries or some personal success, like passing an exam.
Also, in Germany it's not customary to give presents to a teacher. I suppose that's what you meant by "Wie kann man die Lehrer Wunsch geben"?
