"What do you mean" => 당신은 무엇을 의미합니까 (literal - machine translation) => 무슨 말이야? / 무슨 소리야? / 무슨 뜻이야? (real speech - casual) => 무슨 말씀이세요 (real speech - formal) / 어떤 뜻으로 하는 말씀이세요 (more formal) 그것도 안 돼요? == 그것(that)도(even) 안(not) 돼요(possible; allowed)? Even that is not possible/allowed? => Is even that not possible/allowed? / Can't even that be done? 안 되면? => If that can't be done / If that is not allowed / If that doesn't work out.
