Is there any significant difference in nuance of these two words to describe a person?
If so, please provide some examples to illustrate the difference.

내숭 is the word to describe a person who pretends to be shy or naïve especially around a crush.
응큼 is ... actually the dialect, the original word is 엉큼, it's .. little bit sexual meaning, like when a man tries to hook up with a girl, and he has a sneaky plan to make out, then we can say 응큼하다.
