Cheese: 奶酪 or 干酪 ?
How do you call cheese in Chinese? Is it 奶酪 or 干酪 ?
Is there any difference between these two words?

奶酪or干酪对我来说，都是奶制品，我都没吃过，也许Bonitia 说得对。

奶酪是用新鲜的牛奶或者羊奶经过一次或两次发酵制成。由于还含有大约一半的水分，因此很不容易存放。
而干酪经过多次发酵，使水分变的很少，更容易存放。

Ah I'm a big fan of food so..
奶酪 generally means cheese, we also call it 芝士 or 乳酪.
干酪 is a specific kind of cheese with hard texture. PARMESAN, CHEDDAR, EDAM, etc.
