Hi Emilio. To answer your question:
"Get up" can have 2 meanings: 1) to get out of bed, 2) to stand up with the intention to leave
"Stand up" does not mean to get out of bed, just to move from a sitting position to a standing position, but not necessarily leaving
"Wake up" is the process of your brain turning on as you exit sleep.
Examples in use:
In the morning, I wake up, then I get up and get ready to go to work. At work, I sit all day, so I like to stand up every 30 minutes in order to stretch.
Hope that helps!

It's also possible to "wake up" but not "get up" (out of the bed) until some time afterward, so there's a slight distinction to be made there as well.

- Wake up: Stop sleeping and become awake. (Svegliarsi)
- Get up: Stop lying down, and leave the bed. (Alzarsi)
- Stand up: Move from a position where you are either sitting down or lying down to one where you are standing on your feet. This isn't just when you get out of bed, though. If you are sitting in a chair you "stand up" when you get out of that chair. If you are lying on the grass, you stand up to walk away, and so on.
