What shou I say if I finish my meals want to pay bill in restaurant ?

You can say:
"Waiter/Waitress, can I have the bill?"
"Can I get the bill?"
"Can I get the check, please?"
"Can I please have the check?"
"May I have the bill?"
"Excuse me, may I get the check?"
Any combination of these would work, such as adding in 'waiter/waitress' and 'excuse me'.
