'Who is with the job?' makes no sense, and both those sentences are wrong. In fact, the sentence doesn't really work at all with the word 'job'. If you want to complete the sentence 'I know someone who......as a doctor', you could put the word 'works' in the gap.

I would say "I know someone who works as a doctor" or simply "I know someone who's a doctor".
