Did you hear the one about the woman taking a feminist studies class who got angry when someone called her a feminist?
I think "the one" or "about the woman" or "the one about" should be deleted in the above sentence for making correct sentence in grammar.
If it should be corrected, what is "the one"and "the woman" implied?

"Did you hear the one about .. ?." is a standard English speech pattern meaning "Did you hear the joke about ... ?". I guess it could also mean "Did you hear the story/anecdote about ..." because here there's no actual joke.

The original sentence is correct. This usage of "the one" means "the story", or possibly "the joke". Usually, when someone says, "Did you hear the one about _____" , they are not talking about a factual piece of news, but rather some kind of story or joke which has been passed on orally and may be partly or completely fictional. A lot of jokes begin with the set phrase "Did you hear the one about...", so when we here these words, it's a cue that a joke will follow. So, no, you can't remove "the one about", it refers in fact to "the joke (about)".
