It means "Hello. Are you Armenian?"
You can answer with "Այո, ես հայ եմ:" (Ayo, es hay em), which means "yes, I am Armenian" or "Ոչ, ես հայ չեմ:" (Voch, es hay chem), which is "no, I'm not Armenian".
