2)食べる前に出を洗ってください。

Also, how can I say "Before you start eating..."?
Perhaps: "食べるを始める前に..."?

Both are correct.
Also, 食べはじめる前に手を洗ってください is correct.
When たべる is conjunctioned with はじめる, る is omitted.
