Is it ok? 'She has turned her back on me for a week.' Thanks

Kind of. To turn one's back usually suggests some permanence, or at least usually doesn't refer to a time period. It makes sense, your sentence, but I would question the likelihood that people used it. Instead they might say "she ignored me for a week".
