Is this from a song lyric?
A few possibilities be:
- 외로운 세상 (direct translation: lonely world)
- 세상은 외로워 (world is lonely)
- 이 세상 우리 모두는 외로워요 (in this world all of us is lonely, with polite form "요" at the end).
