Usually people say the following: "I am worried." / "He is worried." "I am starting to get worried." / "I am beginning to get worried." / "I started getting worried." Rather than "feel worried", it is usually simply "I am worried." or "Are you worried?" though you could say "Are you feeling worried?" as well.
