Je n'arrive pas vs. Je ne puex pas ?
I have seen both "Je n'arrive pas" and "Je ne puex pas" translated as 'I can not.' What is the difference between the two?

je n'arrive pas (a faire quelque chose) -> I can't manage
Je ne peux pas (le faire / faire quelque chose) -> I can't / I can't do it
It's almost the same but note the small "difference"
