Use of "unglücklicherweise" and "leider" Hi. 1. I have seen "leider" been used several times in the meaning of "unforatunately". But dictionary gave me "unglücklicherweise". Can they both be used interchangeably, or there is some difference? 2. To say "unfortunately, no", should I just say "leider nein"? Thanks.

In spoken German, we usually use "leider" ("leider nein" is correct), in written German, we tend to use "unglücklicherweise". There is no difference in meaning.
