uninterested and indifferent Are they acutally the same meaning?

They are very close, but, in my humble opinion, there is a really small difference between them :) They actually do have the same meaning, but an 'indifferent' person may include signs of being apathetic compared to an 'uninterested' one. In other words, 'Indifferent' may include emotions, feelings, while 'uninterested' can be views as purely neutral on a given subject.
