can somebody explain this joke, and why its funny?
Why did Sally fall off the swings?
Because she had no arms.

Not Sally!

A "knock knock" joke is a joke that begins with someone saying "knock knock" like they are knocking on someone's door.
Sally can not knock the door because she doesn't have any arms...
