I am regret for/at/on something
As the question states, which preposition should i use after regret?
e.g. I am regret for/at/on what i have done.
Many thanks.

We don't say "I am regret" we say "I regret" doing something. No preposition needed, present continuous verb for what you regret is though.
Examples:
I regret saying that.
I regret doing such a thing.
