Firstly, please check the spelling of 'incidentals'. Secondly, in answer to your question, the first sentence is the way some shops/airlines/hotels/restaurants may ask for your credit by saying 'I'll need to see a credit card'. In my opinion, the second sentence would mean that I'm going to borrow your credit card to pay for the incidentals.
