punctuation what are these? ,.?! something like that, are they punctuation? since punctuation is uncountable, can I say question mark and colon are punctuation?

'Punctuation' is uncountable, but 'punctuation marks' are countable, as are the names of individual marks. So each sentence ends in a full stop/period. It may contain commas, or other punctuation. So: "question marks and colons are punctuation?"
