What does 오늘도 파이팅 mean?
I was reading, and I came across the word(s): 오늘도 파이팅, and I don't know what it means. Can someone help translate this, please?

It's a colloquial expression (an anglicism of sort). I don't use the expression, but I imagine it means something like,
Go get em today! Keep your chin up. Keep up the fight, etc.
