成绩 & 学分 : which one is correct？
i'd like to use it for my university total grade(score)..
plz help me^^

成绩 is fit here。
学分 means credit。

学分： 用于高等学校计算课业时间的单位。通常以一学期中每周上课一小时为一学分。学习修够学分方能毕业。
成绩： 指学习上的收获或工作上成功的业绩；成效；成就。
例如：本学期我通过努力认真的学习中文，在期末考试中取得了好成绩，且修满了学分，真是太高兴了！

分数，usualy used for a single subject which express with a number.
成绩 grade or score.
