Puedes decir "Todo va bien(All is well)" "Todo está yendo bien(Everything is going well)" o "Las cosas van bien(Things are going well)" . Depende mucho del país de habla hispana, pero generalmente en latinoamérica se dice de estas formas aunque varían. It depends a lot on the Spanish-speaking country, but generally in Latin America it is said of these forms although it varies. Good luck ^^

También existe una expresión: "Todo va como la seda", que significa "todo va bien" :)
