职业教师Strange looking sentence..
One American speaker told a man that the often use this structure, "What the city, please change it to Honolulu." It seems to me that is grammatically wrong. Do you really use this grammar?

I think that someone either misheard or misreported this conversation.

"What the city, please change it to Honolulu" does not make any sense to me. I can't figure out what it is supposed to mean, do you have more context?
