Is this sentence correct ? Is "in hurry to sp" right ? Thank you. :)

A better sentence would be
By using the DiDi app, she was immediately able to hail a taxi to go downtown

Your sentence is wrong who or what is in a hurry she or the taxi. <-- it is the taxi in your sentence.
