I just read other comments here, telling that my answer shouldn't be chosen as the best answer. Well, if we referred to the question in the body, then I would be wrong. However, if we referred to the question in topic, then I got my point, answering what the student asked. Thank you for the opinion, though. I need to be careful when answering next time. :)

I agree with Gary's answer. It's a very oblique sentence for a non-native person to decipher!

Yes, it is a common problem with learners accepting the first answer.
Kempton Park is a well know race course in the UK (Horseracing)

It is a good idea to wait for more answers, and/or feedback to an answer, particularly from non-native speakers. You accepted an answer that is wrong, or at best useless.
The sentence means "I will bet £10 (or maybe $10) on the horse (or maybe Greyhound) called 'My Bill' in the race that starts at 2:45pm at a racecourse called "Kempton Park".

Doesn't that show you a time? Like 2.45 in the morning/afternoon?
