Does it mean;
I'm used to you.

Different meaning.
I've grown fond of you means I like you as time passes.
I'm used to you means I'm comfortable around you. It does not necessary mean I like you.
E.g. I used to her bad habits.

it usually means 'I have affection for you" or "my regard for you has grown".
