Exemplo: Antes de viajar para USA quero comprar algo na Amazon e enviar para o hotel em que vou me hospedar. Qual a forma correta de perguntar se o hotel recebe essas encomendas?

I would probably say something like “Can I have a package sent to the hotel (before I get there)?”
Here’s a translation of your example:
Before going to the US, I’d like to buy something on Amazon and have it sent to the hotel where I’m going to stay. What is the best way to ask if the hotel accepts that kind of delivery?
