Does the verb 'to felt' exist? I know that 'felt' is the past of 'to feel'. But does the verb 'to felt' exist?

It does! "To felt" is quite a specific verb about making the material called felt, which is a textile produced by pressing fibers together. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Felt It's a regular verb (felt, felted [simple past], felted [past participle]).

If you are talking about FEELINGS, the correct way to write it would be to feel. I feel, you feel, they feel. The past tense would be felt. For example, "They felt very happy when they saw each other." So the verb is still "to feel" but written in the past tense.
