Is it possible to use “kick off” in any situations. Is there only sport’s events we use “kick off” ?e.g. the football match kick off at 7p.m What about music, arts and so on. Is this phrase can be used?Thanks.

Sure, we use the phrase 'kick-off' to say something will start/begin. It is not necessarily formal, but it is common to say, for example, a party will kick-off at 8pm; or a football game will kick-off at 1pm, etc.

...also you can use it to mean 'become very agitated'. My daughter kicked off when I told her I had eaten her breakfast.
