如何翻译这个公司名字
有个公司叫OpenBorder物流，如果想要翻译成中文，如何能兼具音译和意译呢？就像可口可乐一样。想请大家帮忙开动一下脑筋，十分感谢！

我觉得叫欧邦德物流比较合适，音意都兼顾。

How about "无界“？ An OpenBorder means "no border" to some dregree. I agree with Jeff on transliteration, lots of int'l companies operating in China under names either directly translated (Microsoft) or re-named to appeal to Chinese market (IKEA). BTW, Jeff, it's my first time hearing this name 露华浓, it's a beautiful translation/name, thanks for sharing.

Unfortunately, this is a professional question which our level is not up to par. Coca-cola spent millions to have that name! Pepsi, on the other hand did not. They merely copied the 2nd half. The best is to translate by meaning. A transliteration makes no sense to the natives. Revlon (露華濃) comes from Li Bai's poem!
