What's the difference?

Both are correct, but 'have you got' is more common in British English and 'do you have' more common in American English.

Very good question. I think it's just nuance. 'Do you have' is normal and 'have you got' is a bit more casual, or something just at there moment, eg:
Have you got any money on you? Is ok, but Have a got a brother? is a little strange..
