1. If you're trying to say "I often rest/take a nap at 1pm in the afternoon", you could say:
1. 我时常下午一点休息。
2. 我一般下午一点休息。
3. 我普通下午一点休息。
2. I would normally say it this way:
1. 我从2015(二零一五/二零幺五)年开始学汉语。
2. 我从2015(二零幺五)开始学汉语。
I've no idea why without the 年, I would tend to say it as "二零幺五". But in tests or exams, the "年" is an absolute must.
